Frequently Asked Questions

01

What types of organisations do you work with?

I work with prisons, probation services, schools, colleges, universities, local authorities, charities and corporate organisations across the UK and internationally.

02

What makes your sessions different from other speakers?

My sessions combine real life experience, powerful storytelling and practical strategies. I connect, challenge and inspire audiences to think differently and take action that leads to lasting change.

03

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are engaging, interactive and practical. I share my story, facilitate discussions, run activities and leave audiences with tools and takeaways they can use immediately.

04

How long are your sessions?

Keynotes range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Workshops and programmes can be 2 hours, half day, full day or multi-week interventions depending on your needs.

05

Can you tailor sessions to our audience?

Absolutely. Every session is tailored to your setting, audience and objectives to ensure maximum relevance and impact.

06

How far in advance should we book?

I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger programmes and events. However, I will always do my best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.

07

Do you travel within the UK?

Yes. I deliver sessions across the UK. Travel and accommodation can be arranged as required.

08

What size audiences can you speak to?

I've delivered sessions to small groups of fewer than 20 people as well as audiences of several hundred. Every session is adapted to suit the audience size and environment.

09

Can I fill in if your speaker has had to cancel?

Yes. If your original speaker is unable to attend, I can step in and deliver at short notice to ensure your event or programme runs smoothly.

10

What is your booking process?

It's simple. Send an enquiry, we'll have a quick conversation about your needs, and I'll send over a proposal. Once confirmed, we'll take care of the rest.
